Just got back from a short run with Gracie Lou. She’s pooped! My Achilles are pooped. Hence why taking 5 days off from running is bad bad bad!!! Mr. Foamroller and I are having a very smitten affair right now. And of course Pooss is giving me tips on stretching. He’s an expert, you know. ;)
